I was born and raised in the humble Midwest as a first-generation Egyptian American, and moved to Cairo, Egypt at the start of my writing journey. While I worked towards my Bachelor of Arts as an international student at the American University in Cairo, I applied my passion from the classroom into the workforce as I worked for local non-profits and startups. I made my way back to the Midwest to pursue my masters degree and writing career.

UX content strategy has created a space where my love for words, empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration can significantly improve the lives of individuals, communities, and businesses. My passion for writing stems from a place of connection - that internal click you feel when you read something that makes sense to you. It's my job to ensure that content within the user experience reflects just as strong of an impact as the design and interaction.
